Across four half day online sessions we will go deep into the quantum so you feel clear and connected to this other dimension of yourself, where manifestation can flow and you dream business becomes a reality. 

Our online immersion will consist of three key pillars of content: 

Our retreat will be a mixture of theory and also practice. You will listen to the teachings with all retreat participants, and you will also be assigned a smaller group for the week where you can practice the teachings.

Marcus is on a mission to help conscious entrepreneurs understand the energetics of their business, the science of manifestation and how to access their flow state more frequently so they can make a bigger difference. 

Marcus’ mission began over 30 years ago when he went through his own catalyst of spiritual awakening after suffering from Chronic Fatigue. This path guided him to leave his corporate career to become a certified Kinesiologist, Counsellor and Coach. After running his own clinic 'Feeling For Life' for 5 years, Marcus opened the Australian College Of Energetic Medicine where he created a three year diploma course called Dimensional Therapy, where he taught energy healers how to access other dimensions in their therapeutic practices. 

With Marcus’ deep understanding of the energetic body and his entrepreneurial spirit (Masters of Entrepreneurship and innovation), he went on to create Wellness Leadership Academy where he helped thousands of business owners in the wellness industry grow and scale their business. 

After witnessing so many entrepreneurs close or hibernate their business in 2020-2021 and the huge shift in human consciousness, Marcus saw the need for business owners to engage with their business in a new way. Rather than remaining fixated on the practical, masculine side of their business, Marcus wants to support entrepreneurs with the tools that tap into their heart space and engage deeply with the feminine energetics. 

Marcus feels the calling to rally up all conscious, heart-based business owners and teach them the art of manifestation through amplifying their resonance field and accessing their flow state. There is more to manifestation than thinking positively, there is more to law of attraction than vision boards. The real work starts when you can understand how to manage your resonance field and create from a place that is aligned to your soul.

The business seminars that we are all so used to attending only bring us the physical aspect of business, but deep down you know there’s an energetic aspect to business, and that’s exactly what we will be covering. Doubt can show up for two main reasons. Firstly it can be our intuition telling us that something isn’t right for us. Secondly, it can be resistance from our ego trying to keep us small and safe. Only you can feel what is true for you. We recommend taking yourself through a short meditation and allowing yourself to write about your doubt to see if you can spot which of the above pathways it’s stemming from.
